JobInternship here refers a short duration training where students are exposed to industrial work environment; in which he/she is willing to work in future. Present Biggest Challenge :- Developing Employability for Today’s Talent is our core efforts during all our programs, and is also an urgent need of current time. Today students in biological science did not find a fit between their college education and the industrial needs. Or putting it other way round, biotech students after acquiring hefty degrees did not find enough resources to apply for jobs, in fact many wonders did their education even matches with basic requirements required jobs . Also in parallel, students interested in entering into their own bio ventures fails to find solutions on how to open a business of its own and after that whom to sell their products & services; and thus adds to the key reason, why in India we lacks bio-entrepreneurship and in turn misses a great worldwide emerging opportunity, which is capable of creating millions of innovative jobs in coming years. Possible Solution at Education Level :- Job Internship if understand and taken up by young bio-entrepreneurs and job seekers in real way… will help them to broaden their early research ideas on economic feasibility level and generate innovation driven money, jobs and inspiration for many. Quality job internship exposure many time helps individuals in better accessing and understanding the real business needs beside their core scientific inputs; like what other management and business operation factors that need to be considered, prior jumping into new ventures. For Job oriented students JobInternship too offers an equal opportunity; as it did for an budding entrepreneur. It helps him/her to nourish skills, which can help further in acquiring key positions, salary hikes and better employability. It greatly aids individual’s thinking to access their future professional path. In past many years of teaching & training I found maximum young students fails to access their career scalability going ahead in future and opt for jobs which sounds cool and rewarding for short duration but spoils complete career going forward. In India we spend so much on higher technical education but we fails to explain its productivity in real life. We fails to timely explain how our learning can bring prosperity to our life going forward. IN BRIEF THE PROBLEM – Biotechnology at college education level fails to generate necessary Skills, which can further help students to acquire stable career in their core branch. As a result, due to lack of enough job opportunities in core field; students are now loosing hope and are opting for jobs that are totally unrelated to their basic education. Also in parallel new risk taking Bio-Startups, which are idea and innovation driven biotechnology companies did not get enough self-started valuable workforce and thus they also failed to survive and flourish in India. So complete system is getting trapped in a vicious circle. THE OPPORTUNITY – If we take a responsibility to change the system (which is not very difficult as thought), we can generate enough jobs to bring millions of smiles and make our country technological superpower going forward. THE POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO PRESENT SITUATIONS – First thing First…. Education at college level should be make more skillful and career oriented (not marks oriented). Prior joining any institute students should make aware of the facts, that through this education level one will get this job in these industries at this pay scales. Individual Skills development is given first priority. Students willing to work on advance research aspects should have facilitation centers where they can examine their knowledge and skills and can get suggestions to crack milestones if they want to be the leaders in the field. Online real time help and networking resources can be designed to bring like minded people together where they can exchange ideas and get advice in need.

EXPLORING THE UNEXPLORED Exploring connects to what matters the most. Looking around is the simplest task you can perform to explore this world of interesting things. Just notice the ground beneath your feet and ask, is it where I belong to, is it the place where I wanted to be from the initial stages of my life. Today, everything around us is interesting and lively, its just the perception of the person who is looking. The closer you look around, the closer you connect with the surrounding and thus, expand your views and vision of understanding. Once, the web of expansion increases, you come out of your normal way of looking, and see the larger picture behind it. It takes around 10-12 years of continuous efforts, machinery, people and thousands of millions of investment to build a single drug that is used on the daily basis for one purpose or another. Everything has a beauty in itself, you just need to have a long term vision/goals fulfilling the shorter ones in the process. NEED OF HOUR In the field of biotechnology, which is expanding day by day, technology evolving every passing year, companies collaborating to increase productivity and making acquisitions, there are a lot of stories going in and around us. The need is just to be aware, notice the pattern of change that’s going around. The need of the hour is to connect with people, attend meetings, conferences, seminars and document the changes, innovations that are constantly taking place. The more your expand the reach the more you explore the science around you, the more you explore, the deeper the knowledge gets, which ultimately leads you to the growing path. The aura you create around, should be such that that each dialogue must be valued, emphasized, making it count for a beautiful tomorrow. The effort put in by a team of intellectual people is always greater than that of a individual. The more you connect with people, sharing ideas, with the like minded people the more you get better. The team effort would always be a way ahead to take the science forward along with the nation to a path of unexplored things. Lastly, the most important thing is that put in your 100% in the task, let it be investigating at the lowest level of a molecule, gathering the information or implementing the findings or be it enjoying the process as whole.
