Worldwide growing population demand has further fueled the emergence of new careers. But in country like ours majority of students are still taught with ages old mindset, tools and techniques, as a result of which, we are moving at very slow pace in compare to other developed nations. The entire education system urgently needs an up-gradation to make our country pride and innovative.

Also, with growing technological advances and work complexity our social and economic life is becoming more and more complex and tough in many aspects. Competition in traditional career fields are becoming stiff… students are struggling to find quality jobs and career positions.

To match and balance both the above equations and to develop a stress-free innovative environment, the first and foremost requirement is that students should not be forced with career plans but should be offered with options, from which they can choose which suits them best. This will help them to achieve a balance between work and life going forward.

Skills Laboratory is an effort to train & develop a willing and happy to contribute manpower in biological science. The idea of Skills Laboratory has evolved in years after carefully examining the present education system especially in Biotechnology and its mismatch with emerging job skills requirements in the sector.

Biotechnology is a science of today and tomorrow. This single branch in association with Information Technology is capable to uplift complete face of Indian Technology. At Skills Laboratory we are trying to shape this vision by imparting real knowledge driven training and education to young brains.

All our training programs are based on gradual, step by step building student’s basics understanding towards the core subjects, which he/she is interested in. This is achieved by first carefully examine every individual learning capacity and their thought process inclination and then nurturing in that area through proper guidance.

This complete process we have defined in three stages and according to that three different programs for different age groups have been designed, tested and implemented in last 10 years.
